Picking Up
On your chosen day of pick up, leave your washing out in a covered, safe area by 8:00am
If this is your first rodeo with us, we’ll lovingly transfer your laundry into our personalised Rudie bags. (They’re yours to keep for next time—fancy, huh?)
Washing
We treat your washing to a ‘spa day’.
We will return your washing to you washed, dried and folded on your designated delivery day. Quick as a flash, if a flash is 24 hours.
Delivering
On delivery day, your fresh, folded clothes will be returned to your doorstep (or other designated safe spot). No awkward handovers necessary.
The only thing left to do is put it away. Trust us, we’ve thought about offering this service, but your sock drawer’s secrets are safe with you… for now.
